Keep that nifty reusable water bottle with you all the time and sip sip sip all day long. Helps you not snack so much also. Your skin will thank you. Your bathroom habits will thank you also.
3. Lists: make lists and check them. Instead of running (mentally and physically) all over, put your list together of what is needed and then stick with it. Your phone has an app for everything including your critical list keeping. And the big reward is you get to cross off the item when you are done. And you get to celebrate you did not forget your brilliant ideas because you were having a scrambled day.
