If you are hearing or receiving the following feedback, you need to take some serious time to check your next steps. AND stop saying “I’m sorry”:

• Your performance review is late again
• That the meetings always run long
• You received the wrong revisions supplied to you for this project
• That our deadlines got extended again and impacts our bonuses
• My communication is tardy again for your needs to project completion
• Me texting you incomplete info instead of the complete documents you need

And, if this is happening and “they” are not telling you, you are in even bigger trouble. Take a break and see/ask how you are doing and ask how they are doing. It’s time!!
