Nutrition for your emotions and your physical you

Vanilla ice cream (partially melted) with chocolate sauce is for the emotional you. I don’t think there is much nutrition in the high calorie bowl of cold wonderfulness. However, there is lots of emotional comfort as you treat yourself to a sweet thing.

Nutrition on the high level side includes turmeric, ginger, low carbs and protein. You might want include some sweet potato leaves, collard greens, cabbage, onions, garlic and stir fry it in coconut oil for a truly tasty side dish. Don’t forget a lovely iced lemon water to drink and big no phone time while just sitting and breathing.

Then the ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
