Oh where oh where have I gone?

Feeling lost can creep up on you without any warning. There may have been some signals, but you were just tired; or hungry; or late with you mortgage payment; or still working on that doggone late report. Our good habits slide into habits that no longer work well for you or them…whoever the them is.

Some responses to being lost can be: “I don’t know how to do that”. “Is that crude ball still going to be the one in charge”? “My family does not understand what I am going through”. “Just one more beer”. “I know I need some sleep, but a few more minutes of these reels”.

When we are lost, we substitute “stuff” for substance. Feeling lost is not permanent…sometimes watching reels on our phones keeps us occupied in the lost area.
