Taking A Look At What We Are Eating

In reviewing your food, be kind. Many of us are eating way too many carbs, mindlessly and consistently.

The articles I read suggest adding more protein to our meals and figuring out which proteins you would/could easily add to your meals, snacks and shopping list.

If you decide to read the labels in the store before you buy your food, be ready to see the huge sodium contents in most of what we eat. Most likely, if you cannot pronounce the ingredient, it is not something to put in your body. Good luck. Food shifts can be difficult, but unhealthy bodies are even more difficult.
