Too Much Of Everything…

Too hot. Too busy. Too fat. Very late. Grumpy. Long work hours. Ungrateful kids. Gas mileage is terrible. The junk drawer is over flowing.
Too much. Too little time. So many of you might need an attitude change or to learn how to delegate or change some habits that are not serving you.
Make a list of what is making you stressed; not sleeping; what is missing that you are annoyed about…just make the list and see how many of those “issues” on your list start with you. Then you can take a couple of hours and chill out. Life is tough these days. Be kinder to you and those around you. Find out what the issues might really be and have some compassion, for you and them. Try doing the list. It works!!
