Middle TN just experienced a raw and 24/7 pounding from Mother Earth…inches and inches of rain; tornado watches; tornado warnings; pictures of homes/schools/stores/businesses destroyed and people dying because of the weather. It was hard to not be glued to the reports of what was coming weather wise for all of the day and night.

Would the disaster take my home, business, church, mobile home? Was there anywhere safe? Will I ever sleep again after hearing the weather alerts day and night?

And yet the rain finally stopped. The sun started peaking through. The results were clear to see. The clean up for the broken and the anxiety ridden began. Breathing deeply; faith; people reaching out and resilience will get us back to life again…changed and resolute.
